Here are some ready-made frame corners to make pictures on your slide ‘arty’. These frame corners are contained within PowerPoint presentation that you download -- you will see them in both black and white colors, and also filled with some solid colors, textures and gradients. Just copy and paste them as individual frame corners over your inserted pictures (or other slide objects). First place them on the top-left corner of your pictures. For the remaining three corners, duplicate the existing frame corner, and place the duplicates on the other three corners, and rotate them as required.

PowerPoint 2013's Presenter View is one of its most revamped features -- but first let us discuss what Presenter View actually is. It's a special view that accompanies Slide Show view and is typically used in a two display environment such as a laptop and a projector. The projector then shows the actual slides -- that's what we commonly call Slide Show view. While Presenter view in PowerPoint 2010 and earlier versions had to be turned on, PowerPoint 2013 automatically detects if you have two displays and turns on Presenter view.

A picture needs to be corrected when it is too dark or too bright -- and this can happen if the lighting was not proper when you clicked the original picture with your camera. Additionally, you may also want to make some tonal changes to a picture so that it stands apart. Adding pictures, SmartArt, charts, sounds, and even video clips on your slides can make your presentation interesting. Still, it is difficult to even imagine a presentation with no text at all. Nothing conveys a message easier than text, and even pictures do need captions in the form of text. In PowerPoint, several slide objects can include text such as text placeholders, text boxes, shapes, tables, SmartArt, charts, etc. In this tutorial though, we are exploring only selecting and changing the text within text placeholders, text boxes, and shapes.

These easy to use, ready-made frame corners are already placed in PowerPoint slides. Use these to make your pictures look different and stand apart. These frame corners have been provided in two variations – black and white. Both variations are contained within two separate slides in one presentation that you can download. Copy and paste individual frame corners over the pictures on your slide. It is possible for PowerPoint slides to have numbered lists that comprise twenty lines, but that is something frowned upon. Even if your audiences have perfect eyesight, they won't be able to read the teeny-weeny sized text! And also, too much text is very much boring, and nowadays any sort of bulleted or numbered lists seem to signify a poorly designed slide. One approach that can help you solve this problem is by dividing your list across multiple slides -- but even then PowerPoint starts numbering your lists at 1 on each slide -- even though you want it to start at 6, 11, or 16! Luckily, that is an easy problem to solve, as explained in the following steps.

Some color (brown, grey, and white) and transparency variations of these sticky tape segments are already contained within the sample presentation that you download. We already explored in our Super Themes tutorial how each Theme in PowerPoint 2013 can actually contain 8 Themes in all -- this typically includes 4 widescreen (16:9) variations, and also 4 standard (4:3) variations. We navigated to the folder where Office Themes built-in within PowerPoint are typically stored. Note that some Theme files are quite large in size -- in fact, the Retrospect Theme is more than 8 mb in size.

Numbered lists use the 1, 2, 3 numerical style by default. It's possible to change the numbered list styles to something else such as a list using alphabets or Roman numerals -- just like you change bulleted list styles. You can use several numerical styles in PowerPoint -- there are variations in digits, alphabets, and Roman numerical styles.
