We already learned about the file types PowerPoint 2016 for Mac can save. But when you go and look at the file types that PowerPoint 2016 for Mac can open, you'll find that there's no drop-down list in the Open dialog box. All files within any navigated folder are shown, and the only way you understand that a particular file type can be opened is because those files are not grayed out.

In short, presentation management stores and manages slides in the cloud, so the slides can easily be used, reused, shared, updated, tracked and organized for the whole enterprise. The slides become smart–embedded with data and analytics so you can actually gauge their performance. When working with multiple slide objects, you should have a visual cue about where you are placing them. You can get exact coordinates of your slide objects using the positioning options in PowerPoint, but most of the time, you just need an approximate idea of where your objects are placed, and this can be easily obtained by using the Rulers option available in PowerPoint. By default, the Rulers may not be visible, but when made visible, they are located on the top and left parts of the active slide.

Duplicating slides is a task that can be helpful, yet its value is not always understood. The first question asked is why would anyone want to duplicate slides? There are many reasons to do so. You may want to create another slide that is similar to what you already have. You may also want to use the same slide twice, or create a slightly edited chart than what you already have on an existing slide. Duplicating and editing a slide is easier than redoing it again.
