One of our most popular posts is one where you learn how you can export all the slides in your presentation to single-slide PowerPoint presentations. Did you notice used rather than use in the previous sentence? Yes, this feature is now deprecated! Understandably, many PowerPoint users are unhappy because it's a real pain to export hundred of slides as individual slide files. Thankfully, our good friend, Jamie Garroch from BrightCarbon has written some VBA code that will help you revive this option!

Editing any slide object works the same way, irrespective of whether you are editing a picture, a chart, some SmartArt, or even text. You select the object you want to edit and change some attributes. You then get to see your changes, and then you either undo your changes if you are not too happy with them or just accept them. You can then start working with another object! What if you could see/preview how an actual change will look on the slide object before you decide to accept or decline that change? PowerPoint 365's Live Preview allows you to do just that.

And even if you are not a power user, you should explore a very useful option that we explain in this tutorial, this will make your tasks easier, and quicker. PowerPoint has no toolbars other than the Quick Access Toolbar. Almost everyone who uses this toolbar just calls it the QAT, and that's the name we will use for the rest of this tutorial. The QAT's raison d'être is customization, and accessing all your favorite commands in one place. It's important to note that the QAT does not add new commands, it just places your favorite commands in one place.
